Refund policy
At Veridian, we provide premium hardware and apparel designed for the modern sanctum. If your selection does not meet your expectations, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Return Conditions

Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags/packaging intact.

For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel and pierced jewellery cannot be returned.

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
Refunds Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Veridian operates a curated marketplace. While we stand behind every artifact, return instructions may vary based on the specific designer's studio requirements. Please contact the Veridian Support team before shipping any items back to ensure they are routed to the correct fulfilment centre.
